While you eat you have a beautiful view of the sailboats on Liberty Bay and the snow-capped Olympic Mountains in the distance. Your day will be off to a wonderful beginning with breakfast treats and delightful conversations with other guests at the table.

To Start Your Morning you have your first cup of our popular freshly brewed coffee, assortment of teas, or treat yourself to a hot chocolate at the coffee bar. Sit and relax by the crackling fireplace and enjoy the view of the Bay and the Garden from our lounge area. Early risers are offered a continental breakfast with fresh fruit when requested. For those to be served, we offer our two course gourmet breakfast. Such items as Quiche, Omelets or Scrambled Egg Skillets are served with fresh fruit and toast, English muffins, Croissants, Bacon or Sausage. The other offerings might be Pecan Nutmeg waffles, Banana Walnut or Apple Cinnamon pancakes, or stuffed French toast with baked Chai spice apples.
